Fr. Branislav Koncarevic, our current priest, arrived in Sept. 2022. He and his Protanica Mara and their two young sons were welcomed with a banquet in October. He is a professor of Philosophy at our St. Sava Seminary in Libertyville and came to us from his parish in Rockford, IL. In addition to being our parish priest, he continues his work at the seminary while commuting to Cudahy from his home in Vernon Hills, IL. He brings his theological expertise, tempered by his good humor and wonderful anecdotes sprinkled into his sermons, and has instituted Bible Study classes as well as Icon Painting classes. His positive attitude and creative ideas brought new confidence of a good future for our congregation.
