Membership Form

Fill out the membership form in the office upstairs in church and drop it off to our church president with payment provided in cash or check.

Board Vote

During the next board meeting, the board will vote on whether your application is approved or not.

Communication

Voting result will be shared with you and upon approval, payment will be processed and paperwork will be shared with you.
